This will go towards your final service total. The deposit is non-refundable. (No deposit no appointment). •Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a full service. •If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you can reschedule, and your deposit will be transferred. However, if you cancel within the 48-hour window, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and a same-day cancellation fee of $15 will be required before you can rebook. •Failure to contact me to cancel your appointment will be regarded as a no call/no show, which will result in being banned from future bookings. •All payments are non-refundable. •Upon arrival, please notify me so I can let you in. •Please arrive with clean lashes—free of oils, dirt, makeup, and previous lash work. I will not work over another lash artist's work, so ensure your lashes are clean. •Accepted payment methods include Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Credit/Debit cards (an 8% fee applies to Credit/Debit card payments). •Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna are available for any purchases of $50 or more! ( An 8% fee will be added to your total when using A Buy Now, Pay Later option). •If you’re interested in booking but cannot find an available slot, please contact me for squeeze-in options; there is no squeeze-in fee. •No extra guests are allowed, especially children. •For makeup services, please note that an additional travel fee will apply if I need to come to your location. •You have a 10-minute grace period; after that, a late fee of $15 will be charged.
